Kimberley Grande - Kununurra

The Kimberley Grande Resort is on the Victoria Highway in Kununurra, Western Australia. We visited the Kimberley Grande for lunch during our stay in Kununurra to try the $15 lunch special which were advertised on the board out frong. There were about 10 meals to choose from with a good variety - we tried the vegetable pesto pasta and five spiced pork wrap (with chips and salad) which were both very nice. The tables set in the garden outside are a lovely place to enjoy your meal or a quiet drink.

They have accommodation options and a very nice place to stay with luxury spa suites available, several dining choices, sports bar with large screen, and a 25 metre lap pool. We have been told that this homestead-style resort was home to the cast and crew when filming of the movie 'Australia' took place in this area.
