Mr Bones - Airlie Beach

While staying at Airlie Beach the staff at our caravan park recommended that we eat at Mr Bones Tapas Restaurant and Pizza Bar. We rode our bikes along the Airlie Beach Boardwalk and organised a table for lunch. There was bench seating available along the window which enabled us keep an eye on our bikes while eating. The meal was really good and we enjoyed one of Mr Bones' famous pizzas plus a serving of corn fritters - highly recommended.

Mr Bones overlooks the Airlie Beach Lagoon which is surrounded by beautiful gardens and walking paths - we enjoyed a relaxing meal talking to new-found friends who were also travelling across Australia. The staff are friendly and meals came out quickly - a great place to eat behind the mains shopping area of Airlie Beach.
