Teamsters Campground - Flinders Ranges NP

Teamsters Campground is located on Brachina Gorge Road within the Flinders Ranges National Park - about 15 kilometres from the Outback Highway south of Parachilna. This is a self registration area suitable for 2WD and 4WD vehicles which has toilet facilities and flat gravel sites. There are campfire areas and barbeque plates provided at this campground but you can not collect firewood from the National Park - bring your own and be aware of campfire restriction during bushfire season. Water tanks have been built alongside the toilets in the campground but I would advise you bring your own drinking water.

Teamsters is at the western entrance to Brachina Gorge, a short walk from some of the steepest and most colourful rock faces in this part of the Flinders Ranges National Park. This campground is suitable for off-road trailers.

We were staying in our caravan at Wilpena Pound Campground and decided to take a day trip through Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges.  This is a great trip past amazing geological formations and across creek beds which are impassable after heavy rain. There are several campgrounds along the way and Teamsters is one of these facilities provided within the national park.
