Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia and Oceania. Located on Australia's east coast, the metropolis surrounds one of the world's largest natural harbours, and sprawls towards the Blue Mountains to the west. Residents are together known as "Sydneysiders" and constitute the most multicultural city in Australia and one of the most multicultural cities in the world.© Wikipedia

Sydney is the largest city in Australia which offers a huge range of activities as well as things to see and do. We enjoy visiting this vibrant city and try to use public transport as often as possible.
As you probably know the traffic in Sydney can be quite horrendous - try towing a caravan along Pennant Hills Road! This a very interesting experience which we cannot always avoid - we need to plan to drive straight through as there are not a lot of places to park.
There are a few caravan parks in the Sydney area and we have stayed at the Lane Cove River Tourist Park in North Ryde - this park is easy to access while towing and is the closest to the CBD.
