South West Rocks Country Club

We drove past the South West Rocks Country Club on our way to the BIG4 Sunshine Southwest Rocks Holiday Park and were keen to head back and take a closer look. This appears to be a great place for a meal and the Club has a courtesy bus that will collect you from the caravan park (and other accommodation around town). The Bistro has nightly specials and the staff were most welcoming. Takeaway alcohol is available from the club.

We could not help but marvel at the huge amount of sporting fields surrounding the Country Club:

• Golf course - alongside is a bar called "Tooheys on 10"
• Bowls
• Oval for cricket or football 
• practice nets
• Tennis courts
• Skate park
• Swimming Pool
  

What a great facility in a relatively small town.
