A lovely protected swimming spot close to the centre of town. This appeared to be very popular and is often protected form the strong winds blowing from a southerly direction.
There are a range of cafes, takeaway outlets and a pub within walking distance to the beach and we had not trouble finding a parking spot.
The Horseshoe Bay Caravan Park is alongside the beach and a great place to stay in the caravan overlooking the ocean.
