BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park - Cabins - Nambucca Heads

We were recently visited Nambucca Heads on the coast of NSW and stayed the night in one of the elevated surf shacks at the BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park - plenty of parking underneath the cabin with room enough for the boat. These are 4 star cabins with plenty of room for the family - it has a TV in each bedroom and the living area.

This Elevated Surf Shack had a covered deck along the front overlooking the pool and water slide area. It was presented beautifully on arrival and most welcoming. Kitchen/living areas are very clean and comfortable with the central feature of a high bench table and stools. We like this type of seating.

We were given access to two other types of cabins:

• The two Bedroom Beach Hut is old but clean. Located near the path leading to the beach and overlooking a grassed area - plenty of room for the children to run around. The second bedroom has a double bunk and single bed with drawers underneath. A three-way bathroom can be accessed by either bedroom
• Malibu Hut seems to be newer style accommodation in the Nambucca Beach Holiday Park with an ensuite off both bedrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other a huge shower with two shower heads (save water and shower with a friend). It is well equipped and even has a coffee pod machine. This accommodation also overlooks the grassed area which has easy access to the beach.

This BIG4 park can be found at the end of Swimming Creek Road - across a small bridge. This is a nice quiet location with plenty of shade in the tropical gardens. We found the staff to be warm and friendly with a lovely greeting on arrival and plenty of local knowledge.

As the name suggests the BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park is along side a lovely long beach - great for that early morning walk to watch the beautiful sunset.
