Rosalind Park is an Australian park in Bendigo, Victoria. Prior to white settlement, a grassy woodland surrounding what is now called Bendigo Creek. At that time the creek was little more than a chain of pools and billabongs. This area would have been an important source of food and water for the indigenous Dja Dja Wrung people living in dry central Victoria.© Wikipedia

Poppet Head Lookout sits at the top of Rosalind Park in downtown Bendigo. There are quite a few stairs to climb to the top but the views are worth the effort. 360 degree view of Bendigo can bee seen from Poppet Head Lookout - amazing historical buildings.
The car parking area for the lookout can be accessed via Gaol Road - off View Street and it can become quite busy at end of the school day with people parking to pick children up from the Camp Hill Primary School nearby.
