BIG4 Point Vernon Holiday Park is a relatively small BIG4 park and located well away from the shopping centre, restaurants and cafes along the Esplanade. This park is situated in a quiet suburban street and only about 200 metres from the water’s edge at Point Vernon.
This park looks a little old and tired – the amenities are very old and need a bit of TLC. There is a pool and children’s playground at the front of the park which looked very nice and was popular with the guests wanting to cool off after a hot day. The Point Vernon Holiday Park has a number of cabins available with varying facilities. We were given the opportunity to walk around and look at sites available for an overnight stay – these were drive through sites which appeared to be quite adequate.
