Belyando Rest Area

Belyando Rest Area is on the Capricorn Highway between Emerald and Alpha in outback Queensland.  This rest area has a covered picnic table and garbage bins, plus an historical plaque referring to a stop made by Major Mitchell while exploring the Belyando River.  

There are no toilets available but the rest area has plenty of parking off the main highway for a safe stop when towing the caravan on a long trip.
