BP West Ballina (The Big Pineapple)

Used to be a good car wash put vehicle through and what to shops looked at car it was still dirty. I rang and complained and was told to come back gave me a free rewash after that it was still dirty showed the operator his reply was my car it too dirty, what a waste of time and money will never go back feel ripped off not a happy customer at all, want to tell everyone so it doesn’t happen to them too :(!
