A beautifully designed cabin for two, and perfect for the romantic getaway! With a queen size bed situated in the bedroom that opens with large double doors into the kitchen and living area. Not to forget the large bathroom with a corner spa for two. Boasting floor to ceiling front windows in the living area that open onto a large private verandah, this cabin offers an abundance of natural light, and is situated in a landscaped court filled with standard roses and manicured gardens.
Cabin 206 is behind the reception area of the Melbourne BIG4 Holiday Park and is a lovely one bedroom spa cottage, suitable for two people. What a lovely space for a couple to enjoy a romantic getaway or relaxing holiday.
This cottage has a covered deck beside the sealed car parking space which leads into a spacious living area housing table, comfortable lounge and kitchenette. There are double sliding doors between the living space and the bedroom. I like this design with plenty of room around the bed and a lovely big ensuite/bathroom.
The basic kitchenette has a microwave oven, bar fridge, cooktop with grill oven and ample plates, cups, glasses etc. In the centre of the room is a round glass table with two funky chairs and the leather lounge is very comfortable with a foot stool in the corner for guests to relax while watching TV. This room has a new air conditioning unit and plenty of natural light through windows on three sides.
The bedroom has a very cosy feel with queen bed, small wardrobe, bedside benches, nice artwork and decorator cushions. The window in the bedroom overlooks a lovely garden area with plenty of privacy. This room leads to the renovated bathroom with a corner spa big enough for two, new tiles, molded hand basin and bench plus corner shower. There are plenty of towel rails with a good size window allowing natural light into this lovely space.
Alongside the cabin is a sealed parking space and once again towel rails are attached to the outside of the cabin for pool towels or wet clothes. A rose garden is planted in front of the cabin in a variety of colours. I give it four stars because I love the layout and would find this cottage very comfortable and relaxing for a holiday with my husband.
