Minilya Rest Area

We stopped at the Manilya Rest Area on the North West Coastal Highway during our trip from Coral Bay to Carnarvon in Western Australia. This Rest area is near the Manilya Roadhouse and can be used or an overnight stop - beside the Manilya River which was pretty dry in October.

There are toilets (solar powered), dump point (supplied with water for rinsing), picnic tables, garbage bins and plenty of shade. This is a large dirt area with space to be well away from fellow travellers.

Of course you can stay at the Roadhouse and have a powered sites if you want a bit more comfort for the night.
