Description

Olary is a settlement on the Barrier Highway in South Australia. It is situated near Olary Creek and is one of the easternmost settlements in South Australia.

We travelled through Olary on our trip from Peterborough to Broken Hill. This is a very small country town with some interesting old buildings. Olary has a pub and general store so you can stop and have a cold drink - no need to worry about where to park!!
