Mt Larcom Cafe - Mount Larcom

Mount Larcom Cafe and Collectables store is located just off the Bruce Highway south of Rockhampton in Queensland. This is a very popular stopping area with plenty of room to pull over while towing the van at a lovely park containing public toilets, shaded picnic tables, and a children's playground.

This place is well known for the Fat Mamma homemade pies available at the café - unfortunately we had just eaten so had to resist the great looking pies, but we saw plenty being sold while we enjoyed our coffee.  

What a neat and tidy café with lovely friendly service. The room next door has a number of display cases with memorabilia featured (some even for sale).  

Highly recommended as a convenient and great place to stop for a break when driving between Rockhampton and Hervey Bay.
