Forest Glen is a suburb of the Sunshine Coast of Queensland - about 95 kilometres north of Brisbane along the Bruce Highway (M1 Motorway).
As we were heading south we off the main road for a rest stop and discovered the Fabulous Forest Glen Bakery - what a great find for coffee and yummy baked goodies. We tried one of their sausage rolls and a chocolate brownie (gluten free) with our coffee. They have a great choice and some shaded tables out front to sit and enjoy a cuppa.
There was plenty of room along this strip of shops to park the car and caravan with only a short wall to the baker and cafes. They do have access to a toilet so you just need to ask the staff for a key.
