Bucasia is a northern suburb of the city of Mackay along the north coast of Queensland. We were staying at the Black Beach Caravan Park and decided to drive out to Bucasia to take a look around. Unfortunately it was low tide and the mud flats were quite exposed leaving boats grounded.
This is popular fishing spot with boat ramp near the Bucasia Beachfront Caravan Park at the end of Bucasia Esplanade.
