Daly Waters Hi-Way Inn & Caravan Park

Daly Waters Hi-Way Inn and Caravan Park can be found on the Stuart Highway - about 600 kilometres south of Darwin. We stopped here to refuel on our way to Mataranka and to have a look around. This is what we found:

• a service station - open from 6 am to 11 pm
• bar and takeaway bottle shop,  
• restaurant and takeaway,
• accommodation (motel rooms, cabins, caravan sites and campground),  
• convenience store with souvenirs
• tyres
• mechanic (seasonal)
• towing equipment
• ATM
• gas and ice.

Plenty of corrugated iron featured around the place - some painted with country murals, and it is even used to shade the swimming pool. The caravan park seemed to be neat and tidy with grassy sites. We would definitely stay here on our next trip through the Northern Territory - great location on the corner of Stuart and Carpentaria Highways with a friendly welcoming atmosphere - plus everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay.
