Great for large families and friends. This house sleeps up to ten people. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two trio beds, with a double sofa bed in the lounge. Linen and bedding provided for all beds, plus beach towels. It has a living room and dining area that accommodates 10 people a large flat screen television and DVD player. Featuring a newly renovated kitchen, full size fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. are provided. The bathroom has a full bath with separate shower. There is a fully equipped laundry and reverse cycle heating/cooling for your comfort all year round. Great outdoor alfresco dining area with your own barbeque.
Two Bedroom House located at the BIG4 Porepunkah Holiday Park.Wow this would be a lovely space for a large family (or even two small ones) to spend a holiday. The owners of the caravan park have gone the extra mile to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A carport alongside the house offers convenient access to the cabin through a large laundry, which features a washing machine, laundry tub and shelf. The laundry leads to the hallway, at one end are the bedrooms and the other are the living spaces.
The main Bedroom has a queen bed and large double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. A lovely picture sits above the bed and reading lamps on the bed side tables. There is a large window for natural light and a blockout blind - just in case you want a sleep in during your stay.
The second bedroom is huge - two double beds with single bunks above. Nice and light and again with a large window. There is also an open wardrobe with lots of hanging space and storage.
The bathroom is very large with bath, separate shower and toilet. Bathroom products are supplied and displayed in a wooden container on the bench beside the hand basin. The park owners have placed two containers of bathroom toys on the edge of the bath for little ones. They even provide a bottle of bubble bath to help make bath time fun - little touches make a big difference. This is a light filled room with plenty of colour and flowers on the bench.
At the other end of the holiday house you will find the living room with a huge corner lounge to cater for all the guests and two throw rungs for extra comfort. The TV sits on a lovely timber side table with wine rack and serving dishes set out on the bottom shelf.
A 10 seat timber table sits in the dining room which leads into the kitchen - again huge, bigger than mine at home! The living space is open plan and a sliding door leads to the courtyard – and another 10 seat table. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, crockery, foil, gladwrap and even a range of coloured plastic cups and plates for smaller children. There is a dishwasher, plunger coffee in the fridge, a large pantry cupboard with place mats for the table. A very nicely thought with a homely touch.
A private barbeque is provided for the house alongside the outdoor courtyard with easy access from the kitchen.
This is an older building that has been very nicely renovated and presented for guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for a lovely family holiday in a beautiful area. I give it 4 stars for the thoughtful extras provided by Sandra and her team at BIG4 Porepunkah Holiday Park.
