Balladonia Travel Articles

Balladonia is a small place to stop and re-fuel after heading east from Norseman towards the West Australian border and across the Nullabor. We stopped at Balladonia to fill up with deisel and have a look at the caravan park. It was very dry when we drove through and we found out that the Roadhouse was shipping all their water from Norseman for the use of travellers and guests - the caravan park was quite bare. Note - it is very important to carry you own water when travelling across the Nullarbor.  The roadhouse had food and coffee and toilets available, plus shaded picnic tables to enjoy a break from driving.
