Wood Wood is a small community on the Murray Valley Highway as you travel between Robinvale and Swan Hill in Victoria. This is in a large wine and fruit growing area and there are a number of road side stalls along the road selling fresh produce. It is a great spot for fishing and enjoying water activities on the Murray River.
There are plenty of places to visit nearby – Nyah Vinifera state forest with giant red gums, Aboriginal middens or cooking places, an Aboriginal canoe tree that can be seen on the highway reserve about a km to the south, Murray Downs Golf Resort, Swan Hill's Pioneer Settlement and of course several wineries.
The Wood Wood Caravan Park is set in about 3 acres of bushland with plenty of shade and grassed sites. There is a general store attached to the park which is open 7 days a week and cafe that fronts onto the park. The Wood Wood boat ramp is only about 50 metres away and this park is pet friendly.
