Stansbury Caravan Park is a Family Park located on the foreshore of Oyster Bay at the end of Anzac Parade in Stansbury, Yorke Peninsula, South Australia. Stansbury is a great place to base yourself with safe swimming beaches, ideal fishing, boat ramps (water skiing and windsurfing in the sheltered bay), Innes National Park only an hour south and about 205 kilometres from Adelaide. The Caravan Park is located on the point of Oyster Bay with water on two sides. It was very windy on the day we visited the park so it may be an option to walk around and choose a site.
Some features of Stansbury Caravan Park include:
The Oyster Point Caravan Park is just down the road (600 metres) and bookings for this park should be made at the Foreshore Park Reception. The park has powered sites and annual sites, plus a large grassy unpowered camp ground. The camp ground is ideally suited for family groups and schools excursions.
The Stansbury Caravan Park also offers a caravan storage facility which they will tow to site before you arrival (this will enable you to bring you boat if you wish). This is a great option for those that holiday in Stansbury on a regular basis.
