We called in to look at the Noosa River Holiday Park as we walked from Noosa Heads to Noosaville. This is a great location, right on the water and only a short walk to Hasting Street or Gympie Terrace - restaurants, great cafes and shops. This caravan park is booked out nearly all year round so we advise that you call before heading to the park with caravan in tow.
Noosa has some award winning Tourism Operators with lots to see in the area - trips to Fraser Island or The Everglades, Buderim Ginger factory, Eumundi markets etc. Noosa Holiday Park has a range of tourist information readily available for guests and it is only a short walk from the park entrance to catch the Ferry travelling along the Noosa River. We also saw quite a few people using stand up paddle boards and canoes to explore the river - plenty of hire places close to the Park.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the Noosa River Holiday Park during our last visit to the area (they were full at the time) but I am definitely going to call well in advance of our next trip to secure a site - what a great spot for a holiday on the coast.
