The Boyne River Tourist Park is located on the Bruce Highway about 125 kilometres south of Rockhampton in Queensland (only about 35 kilometres from Gladstone). This is a nice looking park with tropical gardens and a row of palm trees along the perimeter to reduce the impact of the highway.

Permanent sites are available and you can relax fishing on the banks of the Boyne river. Of course the beautiful Lake Awoonga is only a short drive away and is the perfect place to fish for barramundi. Boyne River Tourist Park is only a short drive to the ocean and therefore the ideal spot for the avid fisher person - lake, river and ocean fishing.
