Our articles have been grouped into locations so you can better read about what there is to see and do in a town.
It's easy, start by picking a location. Each article has a link to an RvTrips' web page containing more detailed information, photos and maps.
Stuart Point is a quite coastal village in NSW about 22 kilometres south east of Macksville and not far from the Pacific Highway. We thought this was a lovely spot with caravan park along the banks of the McLeay Riverand a short walk over the footbridge to the beach. A lovely spot for a relaxing holiday or a spot of fishing. There are a number of powered caravan sites and cabins overlooking the water with barbeque facilities and picnic tables on the riverbank.
At the far end of the caravan park is a wonderful unpowered section which I understand is extremely popular during school holidays.
Outside the entrance is a day visitors parkland with picnic tables, playground, and plenty of shade. Public toilets are located within park itself – old but convenient.
We found the office staff to be very friendly and happy to provide us with maps and information on what to see and do in the area.
There is a Courtesy Bus to the local club on Friday and Saturday night.
