We rode over the bridge from Echuca to take a look at the Moama Riverside Holiday & Tourist Park located on the banks of the mighty Murray River. This park has about 250 metres of absolute river frontage and a huge range of cabins available for holiday makers with view over the Murray River and Horseshoe lagoon.
The grounds are very well shaded by large gum trees and it is only about 200 metres form the beautiful Moama Bowling Club - walking distance to Moama and Echuca town centres. The swimming pool is located near the entrance to the park with a beach entry at one end, lovely shade sails and plenty of seating. Some other features of this park include:
We visited the Moama Riverside Holiday and Tourist Park on a weekend and it was very busy with families and holiday makers. This park does not allow pets.
Murray River Holiday Park is a small park in Blair Street Moama, NSW - on the left had side of the bridge as you drive to Moama from Echuca. It is just a short walk to the Murray River, the beautiful Moama Bowling Club or across the bridge to visit the Historic Port Precinct of Echuca and take a ride on a paddle steamer. This is also a great place to explore on a push bike.
This park has a friendly atmosphere and is a member of Top Parks Australia (formerly Top Tourist) - the owners were happy for us to look around.
