BIG4 Colonial Holiday Park (formerly Colonial Holiday Park & Leisure Village, and Colonial Leisure Village), is located near Harrington on the mid North coast of New South Wales. This is a family owned and operated park that offers a courtesy van pick up and drop off to local eateries, pubs and clubs - Harrington Hotel is about 4 kilometres away

BIG4 Colonial Holiday Park is situated on about 12 acres and offers a range of accommodation - studio ensuite cabins, two bedroom family cabin with verandahs, as well as powered or un-powered sites for Caravans, motorhomes and camping.

There are numerous trees around this well maintained holiday park providing plenty of shade and attracting beautiful birds to the area. BIG4 Colonial Holiday Park is located close to waterways that are great for fishing, boating and swimming. This is very popular spot during the holiday season - you will need to book well in advance for Christmas.

Big 4 Harrington Holiday Park is a large caravan park in Harrington, New South Wales - about twelve kilomotres from the Pacific Highway. We called in to have a look at the park and take some photos and found the grounds really well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. This Big 4 park is close to the Harrington breakwall (great for fishing), and the beach is just minutes away. 

Features include:

There are many attractions  in the area like Crowdy Head Lighthouse, a stunning historic building which doubles as a great location for whale watching. Head up to Pilot Hill, Harrington for great views of the coastline and the hinterland or drive to Harrington Waters Golf Course and the popular Harrigans Hotel - about 4.5 kilometres away. 

This is beautiful looking caravan park which has plenty of shade in summer - it is extremely busy during school holidays so booking is essential. I would not hesitate to stay at this lovely, welcoming Big 4.

Oxley Anchorage Caravan is located on Beach street in the middle of Harrington, New South Wales - opposite the Bowling Club.  This is a great place for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the water.  They have off peak special available- 7th night free or mid week you can say for 4 nights and pay for 3.

From the Oxley Anchorage Caravan Park you can enjoy a short stroll to the breakwall (a great fishing spot), beach, takeaway shops, the Harrington Hotel or head up to pilot hill for views of the village. If you bring your boat there are two boat ramps to head out into the beautiful Manning river. This is a neat and tidy park and we found the staff friendly and helpful when we called in to look around.   

Harrington is only a short drive to Crowdy Bay to enjoy the protected beach or head up to the lighthouse for magnificent views of the coastline and the hinterland.
